About the Job Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers. This role is for those who enjoy leading others and managing all aspects of a store. You will oversee store operations, ensure quality service, and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and shift activities.

Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Lead and develop staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, punctuality, and attendance.

Maintain store cleanliness, marketing activities, and profit objectives.

Generate reports, handle paperwork, and schedule staffing.

Adhere to safety and health standards.

Collaborate with corporate for store performance and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's preferred.

Previous management experience in retail, food service, or related field.

Strong judgment, mathematical skills, and ability to multitask.

Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Proficiency with computer keyboards, touch screens, and POS systems.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly.

Leadership, people‑management, and decision‑making skills.

Essential Functions & Physical Requirements

Stand for most of shift and walk short distances.

Lift up to 50 lb and push/pull trays weighing up to 30 lb.

Perform tasks involving forward bending, stooping, and reaching up to 72 in.

Comfortable working in temperatures from 36‑90 °F with hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
