Our client is a major international firm, seeking a senior level associate for its IP Copyright Team in New York, Washington, DC, San Francisco, Menlo Park, and Los Angeles offices. This is a transactional position. The salary range for this role is between $390k to $435k.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, with a preference for copyright transactions.
Experience in IP licensing, tech transactions or entertainment deals.
Familiarity with music, entertainment, and/or content industries is preferred.
Excellent academic credentials required.
Outstanding contract negotiation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
