A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Home Health LPN in Camden, AL!
The Home Health LPN will provide high-quality patient care for clients while maintaining dignity and independence. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position with potential for permanent employment based on performance.
Home Health LPN Compensation
Pay for this position:
$37.30 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with company match is available to full-time employees after 1 year of service
Home Health LPN Shift & Location Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekends may be required due to weather or make-up appointments)
Onsite in Camden, AL
Home Health LPN Responsibilities Provide care according to the client’s plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence
Monitor clients’ vital statistics and report abnormal findings
Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per the client’s plan of care
Complete routines as established by other care professionals such as PT, OT, and Speech Therapists
Ensure infection control policies are followed and report potential communicable diseases
Document all nursing actions and communicate progress toward established goals
Order supplies, medications, and feedings to maintain adequate stock
Monitor and report incidents involving clients and ensure proper follow-up
Home Health LPN Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Alabama
Experience in wound care, Wound Vacs, injections, and patient education on catheters, heart failure, and diabetes
Preferred experience in Home Care/Home-Based (HCHB) settings
Reliable and able to maintain mandatory attendance for the first 90 days
Mileage Reimbursement $0.41 per mile
