Incentive Analyst Highlights •
The pay for this position is $114,000–$130,000 annually
(not bonus eligible). •
Monday–Friday schedule •
Remote position (must reside in the Dallas, TX area and be able to travel onsite as needed for meetings) •
This position is a full-time, direct hire role.
Responsibilities • Provide end-to-end management of Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), including grant tracking, eligibility evaluation, communications, and ongoing program updates • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to forecast LTIP outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives • Deliver detailed quarterly LTIP profitability updates to senior leadership and grant recipients • Conduct annual evaluations of retention strategies, including Short-Term Incentives (STI), LTIP, and other incentive programs • Analyze quarterly and annual turnover data and quantify turnover-related costs to support retention initiatives • Implement and maintain tracking systems to correlate turnover and retention metrics with incentive participation • Perform comprehensive financial analyses to support incentive modeling, retention strategies, and capital investment decisions • Lead enhancements to the capital request process by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate impact and outcomes • Perform lookback analyses comparing pro forma projections to actual results to improve future forecasting accuracy • Ensure compliance with the Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field •
Minimum of 5 years of experience
in financial modeling, preferably including incentive programs and capital investment processes • Proven experience developing forecasts, pro forma models, and detailed financial analyses • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to interpret complex data • Advanced
Microsoft Excel
skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership •
Power BI experience preferred • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Working Conditions • Traditional office environment when onsite; remote work permitted with periodic travel to Dallas-area offices as needed • Significant computer-based work required • Exposure to conditions common to an oncology/hematology clinical environment may occur during onsite visits
Physical Requirements • Prolonged periods of computer-based work • Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 40 lbs • Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing sufficient to perform essential job functions
