Our Store Managers lead teams to maximize the financial output of their stores through the optimization of talent, operational execution, and delivering a rewarding customer experience. Anticipated salary range: $68,050 – $97,807.5 (variable by location, skills, experience). Quarterly bonus available. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability. 401(k) plan enrollment, paid time off up to 200 hours per year, and paid sick time up to 80 hours per year. Minimum of two years of retail management experience Education
Bachelor's or Associates Degree preferred; high school graduate or equivalent acceptable Physical & Availability Requirements
Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand for an entire shift Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist; climb ladder safely Eligible to become forklift certified and operate forklift per IIPP Work flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, weekends; some travel required; regular attendance essential
