Job Description Required Skills:
8-10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
Experience with ServiceNow implementation program execution
Technical implementation of a highly customized ServiceNow HR case management module
Experience with SaaS based implementations, such as ServiceNow
Project planning, risk management and change request process support
Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira and Google Suite
Excellent communication skills
Supporting process design framework development
Tools: Smartsheet, Jira Cloud, Google Suite
Duties
Strategic partner to Tech and Data owners, sponsors and drivers; bridge between business goals and tech outcomes, providing insightful technical input to drive decision‑making.
Translate goals to tech and data plans and roadmaps, make recommendations, track E2E execution and surface insights to leaders.
Engage SteerCo, program and tech & data leaders to drive outcomes and share program health.
Drive tech and data programs to ensure operational excellence and velocity; proactively identify high‑impact risks, dependencies, decisions and escalations in collaboration with partners.
Formulate contingency plans for critical and high‑impact items.
Plan and drive tech and data program operating mechanics, go/no‑go decisions and readiness in collaboration with PMO.
Drive scalable, repeatable agile frameworks and practices and continuous improvements through retrospectives, early awareness demos and risk mitigation.
Drive overall test strategy, standards, tools and plans, in partnership with drivers.
Plan and orchestrate cutover strategy and develop a Hypercare strategy in collaboration with drivers.
