Target Salary ~$120-150k+
Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Required:
Extensive experience in Industrial Engineering
Strong ASME Code, API 650, Section VIII Division 1 equipment
Engineering Design Tools (mix of COMPRESS, PV Elite, and SolidWorks)
Experience leading or managing teams
Demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative and make independent decisions
Comfortable and able to complete a background check and drug screening (including cannabis)
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Experience working with clients / customers
PE certificate
Summary and Responsibilities: To provide all static equipment engineering and design functions to fabrication, drafting and estimating, while interacting with customer engineering and design groups.
Report to the CEO and Manage 2 direct reports
Lead and grow the engineering team
Be the technical expert in relation to all shop engineering activities
Provide direction and coordination to junior engineers in the shop
Provide weekly reports on status of all projects to project team
To be versed in the ASME Code Sections I, II, V, VIII Div. I and II and IX, TEMA, ASCE, IBC and UBC.
To be proficient in the use and application of COMPRESS and PV Elite software.
Familiarization with SolidWorks is a plus
To efficiently and accurately engineer and design vessels and heat exchangers.
Review Customer Specifications and Requirements for new vessel inquiries.
Communicate with customers for any questions about design.
Apply engineering design principles to various vessel components.
Finalize vessel design and supply estimating with required information for estimating process.
Create calculation reports from vessel design for customers.
Supply drafting with required calculations and designs to create drawings.
Maintain extensive knowledge of technical documents, drawings, specifications, standards related to the projects and clients.
Conduct pre-fabrication, kick-off and other essential meetings/conferences with clients
