About the Role EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery practice offers a dynamic career path for professionals passionate about solving complex business, technology, and infrastructure challenges. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting transformation initiatives that align with strategic goals, helping clients bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with client and EY teams to design and deliver business and solution architecture frameworks.

Contribute to product and program road‑mapping, maturity assessments, and value tracking.

Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Support the setup and operation of transformation management structures (TMO, VMO, EPMO).

Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of innovative solutions.

Participate in the delivery of complex technical initiatives and transformation programs.

Travel as needed to support client engagements.

Skills And Attributes for Success Core Competencies

Strategic Transformation leadership, including TMO/PMO oversight, Agile Program Management (SAFe, Scrum), and end‑to‑end delivery.

Risk and resource management across workstreams and organizational levels.

Operating model design, governance model development, and change‑management transformation.

Business‑case development, ideation, storytelling, advanced data modelling, and value realization.

Budget ownership and maintenance for projects exceeding $1M.

Technology strategy and implementation, including AI, LLM, RPA, and ERP (SAP/Cloud) integration.

Performance management, process improvement, portfolio strategy, cost optimisation, and technology deployment expertise.

Leadership & Collaboration

Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional teams, steering deliverables, and mentoring team members.

C‑suite advisory, executive communications, and facilitation of organisational workshops or large‑scale presentations.

Strong relationship‑building skills across EY practices and client stakeholders.

Ability to manage tasks independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications To Qualify

Bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree is a plus.

At least 2 years of client‑facing consulting experience, preferably in a professional services or management consulting firm.

Exposure to business process documentation, solution architecture, product and portfolio management, and program delivery.

Experience supporting transformation initiatives such as TMO/EPMO setup, change‑management, delivery methodologies, problem‑solving, digital fluency, communication, and willingness to travel (estimated 60‑80%).

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business.

ERP or AI/Data Fabric implementations or central data office experience.

Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile‑related credentials.

Sector experience in Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), Private Equity (PE), Industrials & Energy, Power & Utilities, Media & Entertainment, Consumer & Health, Life Sciences, or Retail.

Experience supporting pursuit efforts and contributing to RFP responses.

Experience in professional services client‑facing consulting and effective stakeholder engagement skills.
