NetSuite - Regional Sales Director - UpMarket East - High-tech Join NetSuite’s Direct Sales team. With a focus on SMB businesses, we are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and grow our outside sales team in the East region.

Job Description As a Regional Sales Director, you will manage a team of outside Sales Representatives that serve our Mid-Market and Corporate spaces, drive revenue and achieve quotas, and mentor team members to grow their capabilities.

Manage a high-performing outside sales team and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.

Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales talent in both sales strategy and NetSuite product knowledge.

Monitor demand generation, sales activity, and track results to report on performance.

Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of business applications to close deals.

Collaborate with marketing and other teams to execute go‑to‑market strategies.

About You

3+ years of closing experience and/or sales management in SaaS/Technology sales.

Strong understanding of accounting solutions, ERP, CRM, and ecommerce.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.

High work ethic, passion, and dedication to learning technology.
