Corporate Controller

Senior Manager - Recruiting @ Spectrum Search Group - Finance & Accounting I have partnered with an established, fast-growing organization that is seeking a seasoned Corporate Controller to oversee all corporate and consolidated reporting activities. This role requires deep experience in preparing consolidated financial statements with related disclosures, maintaining and strengthening internal controls, directing the accounts payable function, and managing corporate tax provisions and filings. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional who excels in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the annual budgeting process and the preparation and distribution of the monthly reports on budgets

Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational systems and cost effectiveness

Manage the annual audit process

Conduct financial analysis and calculate operating metrics

Qualifications

CPA

8+ years of accounting experience

Prior public accounting experience
