Pediatric Neuropsychology Postdoctoral Fellowship Position Title: Pediatric Neuropsychology Postdoctoral Fellowship Location: On-site, Waltham, Massachusetts, United States Position Type: Full-Time Job ID: 81631497

Description The Baker Center for Children and Families (also known as Judge Baker Children's Center), a Harvard Medical School affiliate, promotes the best possible mental health of children and families through research, intervention, training, and policy. The Center offers mental health assessments and focused short‑term treatments for approximately 1,000 children and adolescents aged 2‑22 annually. In 2025, the Center opened a neuropsychology department. Therapists provide evidence‑based treatments for anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, disruptive behavior, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, dyslexia, autism spectrum disorder, and Tourette syndrome.

The neuropsychology outpatient program receives referrals from pediatric neurologists, pediatricians, schools, and mental health providers. Cases include epilepsy, metabolic disorders, and other developmental, psychiatric, or medical issues. The evaluation focuses on follow‑up and feedback appointments, providing written and oral summaries, and detailed recommendations. Occasionally, opportunities exist to participate in school IEP meetings.

The fellowship is a two‑year, full‑time (hybrid) position that conforms to ABCN and Houston Conference/APA Division 40 training requirements. The anticipated start date is the end of July or August 2026; an alternative start date may be negotiated.
