Senior Associate – Litigation Defense
Join our Litigation Defense team focusing on premises liability and auto negligence.
Base Pay Range
$150,000.00/yr – $180,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of cases from filing through trial.
- Represent clients in premises liability and auto negligence actions.
- Conduct trial preparation, evidence preservation, and motion drafting.
- Develop case strategy and manage all aspects of a case through trial.
Qualifications
- First‑chair trial experience in premises liability or auto negligence.
- Strong litigation skills and ability to work independently in a siloed structure.
- Excellent written and oral legal analysis.
