What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Recruit, hire, develop, and performance manage top talent to build a successful Regional Sales Team
Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to establish Commercial Team objectives and growth initiatives
Develop and implement a Regional Business Plan and sales strategy to drive product adoption
Build relationships with healthcare professionals to increase adoption of products and services
Train staff, physicians, and administration on proper usage and billing codes for products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven healthcare sales leadership experience, ideally with a focus on Cardiology or Electrophysiology
Successful medical sales and leadership experience with a combination of B2B sales
Strong relationship-building skills
Experience selling to hospitals, including Emergency Departments, is strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales and Leadership
Experience in Cardiac Monitoring Sales or other remote patient monitoring sales
Background in Electrophysiology Sales or related fields
