About the Role We are seeking a senior technical delivery manager to lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives. The role demands strategic thinking, high autonomy, and a proven track record of delivering impactful technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise‑wide technology projects, including tools and platforms implementation, cybersecurity initiatives, audit remediation, deployment of new solutions, and retail software upgrades.
Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects, define business and technical requirements, ensure proper documentation and sign‑off.
Present project updates, risks, and milestones to technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and manage detailed project plans and resource allocations.
Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Champion continuous improvement in delivery practices and governance.
Prioritize technology projects based on business need and capacity.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and in partnered organizations across Technology, Governance, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, etc.
Serve as first point of escalation for roadblocks and risks.
Document lessons learned and best practices.
Essential Functions
Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other peripherals for extended periods.
Qualifications
7+ years technical project/program management experience, preferably in enterprise settings.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise architecture, and audit/compliance processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
Strategic mindset with a hands‑on execution approach.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
Passion for technology and delivering business value.
Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience scoping projects, documenting requirements, and managing sign‑off processes.
Proven ability to present technical and strategic updates to executive audiences.
Hands‑on experience with cloud implementations (AWS preferred).
Proficiency in project management tools (Workfront, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project).
Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) preferred.
Ability to work across cultures and locations, driving team cohesion.
Organized, adaptable, handles multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience partnering with vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties.
Attention to detail and precision in quality of work.
Availability to come to office and/or travel for key meetings.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or Business (highly preferred).
Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or similar industry preferred.
Salary & Benefits Annual salary range: $110K to $147K, plus eligibility for a performance‑based bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, commuter benefits, paid time off, holidays, employee resource groups, and more.
