Overview General Managers are the backbone of our business. In addition to daily operations, successful managers are eligible to pursue ownership through Domino’s Management Development Program. After one year of experience, managers qualify to apply for a franchise. Career pathways also include trainer or regional manager roles.

Responsibilities • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service. • Maintain product quality standards and daily store performance. • Oversee store operations, scheduling, inventory, and financial goals. • Represent the company with professionalism and uphold all Domino’s policies.

Physical Requirements

Standing:

Most tasks are performed standing. Store work surfaces are 36"–48" high. Walking on ceramic tile or linoleum.

Walking:

Short distances for short durations; deliver food between store and vehicle.

Sitting:

Occasional desk work in an office setting.

Lifting:

Unload bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs and stack onto shelves up to 72" high.

Carrying:

Transport items up to 30 lbs (e.g., pizza sauce) and carry trays of dough, each weighing ~12 lbs.

Pushing:

Move trays on dollies (approx. 24"–30") requiring up to 7.5 lb force.

Climbing:

Occasionally navigate stairs or ladder for maintenance tasks.

Stooping / Bending:

Forward bending at the waist for assembly; repeated 30–45 seconds continuously.

Crouching / Squatting:

Occasional stocking of shelves or cleaning low areas.

Reaching:

Continuous reach above 72" to operate oven controls or move items; downstream reaching for dishwork.

Qualifications

Valid U.S. employment authorization.

Friendly, organized, efficient time‑management.

Excellent teamwork and stress‑management in high‑pace environments.

Must work weekends; minimum 5 closing nights a week (incl. Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Preferred restaurant experience and the ability to multitask.

Experience training and developing a team, scheduling, ordering, inventory management.

Strong customer service skills and ability to respond to concerns.

Adherence to Domino’s policies and call‑answering protocols (first ring).

Exceptional product focus.
