Description Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and help further their impactful community initiatives. - Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings and special events.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases related to donors, volunteers, and program activities.
- Assist with preparing reports, drafting internal and external communications, and supporting the production of newsletters and marketing materials.
- Coordinate volunteer schedules and assist with event and fundraising logistics.
- Manage office supplies and act as a welcoming point of contact for stakeholders and guests.
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth organizational operations.
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a nonprofit or mission-based organization.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with donor or CRM databases is a plus.
