You have shaped a compelling academic vision and taken full ownership of its outcomes. You have led decisively, not from the sidelines. When it comes to the science of learning, you are not experimenting—you have built something tangible, produced results that validate your approach, and earned the credibility to present that work publicly. If this describes you, 2 Hour Learning is seeking its academic leader.

What You Will Be Doing

Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science principles into actionable guidance for curriculum design, motivational architecture, and application development.

Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams remain aligned, accountable, and effective in delivering outcomes.

Integrating data, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most impactful barriers to accelerated learning and recommend targeted interventions.

Ensuring strategic alignment through structured planning, continuous feedback mechanisms, and milestone management to sustain focus on student learning objectives.

Serving as the public face of 2 Hour Learning in high‑profile forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education, advancing global discourse on educational transformation.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Engaging in isolated curriculum initiatives that do not result in system‑wide impact.

Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational implementation.

Transferring accountability for performance to mid‑level managers or external advisors.

Depending on institutional reputation or abstract frameworks to influence critical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning’s validated academic model by coordinating execution across school sites, raising leadership standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative voice of a movement rooted in rigorous science and demonstrated impact.

7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes.

Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar.

Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions.

Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders.

Nice‑to‑Have Requirements
