Overview:
We are looking for a Director of Business Development who can get the job done. Join a global company that specializes in engagement solutions for Fortune 500 businesses, offering services related to employee engagement, customer loyalty, sales incentives, and channel partner programs. The goal is to help companies motivate and engage employees, customers, and partners to drive better results.
Requirements:
Must have a stable career history – no more than three jobs in the past ten years – and be willing to work hybrid (in office at least three days per week) and live in the greater Milwaukee area.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential accounts and develop an account entry strategy.
Conduct prospecting campaigns and build relationships, understanding the customer’s critical business strategies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that achieve customer business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
Large volume sales experience ($250k+ per sale).
History of career stability with a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years.
Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
Compensation Opportunity:
Compensation is not capped and is based on performance. Offering a base salary of $140,000 plus commission and a bonus tied to fiscal year revenue production and profitability.
