About Alpha Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI-enabled applications. The remainder of their day is devoted to real-world competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful project work. No conventional lectures. No filler assignments. Instead, expedited learning paired with top 1% national outcomes. This approach requires a reimagined parent partnership—and that is your domain.
Key Responsibilities
Taking full ownership of the parent journey—from initial inquiry to sustained engagement—at a single campus.
Conducting persuasive information sessions and individualized dialogues that transform interested parents into dedicated advocates.
Acting as the principal contact for parents—addressing concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring each family feels acknowledged and supported once enrolled at Alpha.

Mobilizing parent champions to expand referrals and strengthen community influence.
What You Will Not Be Doing
Relying on scripted sales approaches or transactional communication methods.
