Base pay range $100.00/hr – $100.00/hr
Location LOCATION NOTE: This is an on‑site position in the cities listed below, with local travel as required. We provide relocation assistance. If leading families toward a fundamentally different approach to education resonates with you, this position places you at the forefront of that shift.
Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Here, students complete core academic work in two hours daily through AI‑powered applications. As the primary representative of your campus, you will drive enrollment growth, build trust, and cultivate advocacy. You'll deliver compelling information sessions, establish meaningful community relationships, and transform curiosity into waitlist traction. Your responsibilities extend well beyond initial enrollment. You will serve as the central resource for families throughout their Alpha experience—responding to concerns, strengthening commitment, and developing parents into vocal advocates for the model.

What You Will Be Doing
Taking full ownership of parent relationships—from initial inquiry to sustained engagement—for a single campus.
Delivering persuasive information sessions and individual discussions that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters.
Acting as the primary parent liaison—addressing concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported following enrollment.
Establishing visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site presence, local partnerships, and targeted community outreach.
Mobilizing parent advocates to expand referrals and strengthen community influence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Depending on scripted sales approaches or impersonal communication.
Transferring relationship‑building responsibilities to campus personnel or operating from behind the scenes.
Allowing organized parent groups to compromise or weaken Alpha's educational approach.
Working remotely or administratively—this position requires deep involvement in the parent experience and community presence.
Key Responsibilities Lead enrollment growth and family retention at your campus through high‑trust parent relationships spanning first contact to enduring satisfaction and active advocacy.
Basic Requirements
Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or are willing to relocate to: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Roswell, GA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Brownsville, TX; Houston, TX; or Kirkland, WA.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.
