A Bit About Us We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly‑experienced candidate to join our team as the Vice President of Preconstruction. This unique opportunity will lead and shape the future of our preconstruction efforts in the rapidly evolving construction industry. The successful candidate will oversee all preconstruction aspects of our projects, including but not limited to estimating, planning, and design. This role is ideally suited for someone with a strong background in construction, preconstruction, estimating, multifamily, residential, and mixed‑use projects.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all preconstruction processes, including development of strategies, budgets, and schedules.
Lead estimating team in preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for multifamily, residential, and mixed‑use projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs align with budgetary and construction feasibility constraints.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout preconstruction.
Implement innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance preconstruction processes and improve efficiency.
Provide leadership and guidance to preconstruction team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in negotiation and awarding of contracts, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in preconstruction, implementing relevant practices to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior preconstruction or estimating role, preferably within the construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully overseeing preconstruction processes for multifamily, residential, and mixed‑use projects.
Exceptional leadership abilities, experience managing and developing teams.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant software, including estimating and project management tools.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Ability to travel as needed for projects.
