we’re looking for a
Staff Accountant in
Miami, FL.
*This role can be hybrid after an introductory period*
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
Monthly Bank Reconciliations
Verify Commission requests for accuracy
Update loan & interest schedules
Provide year-end reports & schedules for annual audits.
Prepare and deliver bank deposits
Coordinate with several internal departments
Analyze and prepare monthly and/or quarterly entries for rental operations
Prepare sales tax filings
Research and reclassify expense accounts
Assist senior accountant, accounting manager, and controller as needed
Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field.
