Salary: Up to $65,000

What You'll Do- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Support compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
- Assist with recruitment efforts and talent development initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
- 3+ years of HR experience (generalist or similar role).
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Bilingual is a plus
