Description As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, helping drive operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, and outside contacts, facilitating timely communication and follow-up.
- Support workflow automation initiatives and contribute to cross-functional process improvements.
- Track project deadlines, prioritize tasks, and follow up on action items to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership as an executive assistant or in similar administrative roles.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital collaboration platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism.
