Description About the Organization Our client, a well-established healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational functions. This role is critical to ensuring efficient office operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive experience for patients, providers, and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations to ensure smooth clinic workflow
- Supervise front office and administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance support
- Oversee patient scheduling, check-in/check-out processes, and front desk operations
- Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies
- Manage office budgets, supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with clinical leadership to support staffing, workflows, and patient flow
- Oversee billing support, insurance verification, referrals, and prior authorizations as needed
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and best practices
- Serve as a point of contact for facilities, IT, and external service providers
- Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues as appropriate
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration, office management, or practice management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient scheduling, and insurance processes
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
- Proven leadership and staff management experience
- Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
