who thrive on turning curiosity into meaningful conversations. This is a NEW position to support business growth. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients, converting outreach into opportunities that fuel revenue and impact. This is an exciting time to join the team! Execute multi-channel outbound outreach (calls, emails, social, etc.) to engage prospects Qualify leads through thoughtful discovery — confirming challenges, timing, and fit Schedule and confirm high-quality meetings for National Account Managers, providing clear hand-offs with notes and context Keep the CRM clean, accurate, and up to date — because great data drives great sales Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and share real-world insights to refine our Ideal Customer Profile and messaging Qualifications:
1–2 years’ experience in outbound SDR/BDR or inside sales, ideally focused on SMB/mid‑market environments Confidence with high‑volume outreach and quick, value-driven discovery conversations Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented — you never lose track of a follow-up Growth mindset: you test, learn, and measure your results to keep improving Bonus if you have experience in waste or environmental services Knowledge of sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.
