Base pay range:
$60,700.00/yr - $83,700.00/yr

The Administrator is responsible for the teammate education lifecycle, from initial education through ongoing initiatives, and organizes teammate onboarding and course programs, including onsite logistics. The role also assists with event planning and coordination for internal awards programs. This is a hybrid role and requires 2 days in office (Tuesday/Thursday) in Denver, CO.
Essential Functions Teammate Awards Program Support
Proactively communicate with stakeholders and anticipate program needs.
Maintain project plans for programs and awards.
Lead program check-ins with agendas, reporting, next steps.
Manage Excel data for award management and budget.
Provide on‑site support of award events.
Virtual Training Production
Manage Outlook calendar invites and scheduling.
Produce virtual, instructor‑led sessions and possess an intermediate/advanced understanding of MS Teams functionality.
Build show flow and update program changes as needed.
Provide LMS support of curriculum and regular updates.
Provide regular updates on curriculum enrollments and data.
Build effective and trusting relationships with partners.
LMS Administration Support
Respond to internal and external questions related to LMS administration.
Manage communications to participants and faculty.
Support internal communications, collaborating with program owners for deployment.
Supplemental Education Materials & Communications
Collaborate with partners to calendar the team’s communication schedule.
Develop first drafts on ongoing communications.
Proof communications for accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required.
2 years of experience with vendor management, event planning, customer service, and/or account management.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Experience managing a digital database preferred.
Graphic design or knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Must be able to travel up to 25% which could include weekends.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Other duties as assigned.
