Responsibilities

Conduct sophisticated financial modeling analyses.

Prepare strategic books & investment memoranda for management, board, and other key stakeholders.

Support the full M&A lifecycle—from sourcing and diligence through deal execution and post‑close integration.

Perform market and industry research to support major business decisions.

Support key stakeholder meetings by preparing relevant materials and presentations.

Maintain and update databases of industry‑specific financial and operational metrics.

Effectively and professionally interact with senior management, vendors, members, and clients.

Prepare comprehensive and detailed reports for senior management and clients.

Promote harmonious relations among members, staff, vendors, and the community.

Promote the company’s safety goals and ensure a safe working environment.

Interpret and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Actively further corporate objectives and support continuous improvement.

Make professional development a consistent priority.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

1‑2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance preferred.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

High attention to detail and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality or related field preferred.

Business and Management Principles – Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coordination of people and resources.

Management of Financial Resources – Knowledge of economic and accounting principles for budgeting, banking, and financial reporting.

Problem Anticipation / Deductive Reasoning – Ability to identify potential issues and apply reasoning to choose appropriate actions.

Written Comprehension and Expression – Ability to read, understand, and communicate information in writing.

Oral Comprehension and Expression – Ability to understand and convey ideas verbally.

Computer – Ability to develop and maintain records in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other required software.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

Regular contact with outside personnel via in‑person, phone, and email.

Location of the position changes frequently from indoors to outdoors for site visits.

Occasional exposure to unpleasant or angry people requiring problem solving.

Adaptation to a frequently changing environment.

Standing and sitting as needed.
