General Summary
The Club Manager is an exempt position whose primary responsibility is the financial success of the Club through the ongoing creation and/or development of staff, programs, services and facilities. The Manager provides leadership to the management team and all Associates to ensure that member needs are met and that the experience delivered surpasses expectations. Culture & Values

Employee Management – Hires, trains, supervises and develops staff; performs performance evaluations and reports. Club Management – Daily walk-throughs; implement member-focused operational standards; oversee day-to-day operations. Financial Accountability – Meet sales/revenue targets; track, report and analyze financial operations; implement action plans; develop annual budgets. Communication & Relationships – Interacts professionally with senior management, staff, vendors, members and community. Corporate Goals & Objectives – Promote safety goals; ensure compliance; support professional development. Other Job Functions
Flexibility in work schedule; day, evening, weekends and holidays. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years club management experience; 3 years personnel supervision. Knowledge of company policies, federal/state/local laws, hiring and management practices, financial principles and marketing. Problem‑anticipating, deductive reasoning, written and oral comprehension, computer proficiency. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Working Conditions
Interact with members and clients via in‑person, phone and email. Occasional physical exertion; travel to property locations. Equal Opportunity Employer
