As a Public Health Nurse 4, you'll lead comprehensive public health services to Alaska’s rural communities. Responsibilities include: Provide hands‑on support and systems‑level initiatives for individuals, families, and communities. Oversee staff (Public Health Nurses) and clinic operations at both the Juneau and Sitka Public Health Centers. Coordinate and evaluate program implementation, data analysis, and policy development. Engage community partners and develop strategic alliances. Organization, Mission, and Culture

Valid Alaska registered nursing license (Practical or RN) and a valid driver’s license. CPR certification. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Direct Entry Master of Science (MSN) in Nursing. Experience in public health nursing, health care delivery, administration, or related fields. Competencies: Decision making, interpersonal skills, partnering, managing human resources, developing others, accountability. Special Notes
