Accounting Specialist

Accounting Specialist We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support core accounting operations with ownership of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This role is well-suited for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional who understands debits and credits, enjoys working with transactional detail, and wants hands-on exposure to the general ledger and month-end process. You will play a visible role in keeping daily accounting activity accurate and organized while contributing to special projects and process improvements as the business grows. Accounting Specialist - Compensation & Benefits Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 (depending on experience) Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • Paid time off and company holidays • Opportunity for professional growth and expanded responsibility • Collaborative, fully onsite work environment in Fort Collins Accounting Specialist - Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (new graduates encouraged to apply) • Strong grasp of accounting fundamentals, including debits, credits, and transaction flow • Exposure to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable through coursework, internships, or early experience • Ability to accurately process invoices, billing, and cash application • Comfort supporting basic general ledger activity, including journal entries and reconciliations • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Clear, professional communication skills
