Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting inventory organization and administrative tasks for year-end activities. - Organize and categorize inventory items such as hats, shirts, coats, caps, and other wearable accessories.
- Maintain accurate records of goods and ensure proper documentation within the inventory system.
- Respond to inbound calls and provide thorough assistance to callers.
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory and administrative records.
- Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing communications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and address administrative needs.
- Support office operations by managing supply levels and handling related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies during inventory and administrative processes. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or office support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
