Commercial Services Specialist
LHH is partnering with a rapidly growing organization in the clean energy industry to identify a Commercial Services Specialist. This hybrid role supports commercial project customers through project intake, design review, estimating, and high-quality customer communication. The ideal candidate brings strong technical curiosity, excellent organization, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
This position can be based in Boulder, CO or Albuquerque, NM and requires in-office work two days per week.

What You'll Do
- Review and respond to customer RFIs/RFPs; prepare accurate project summaries and pricing packages.
- Manage and update project details in the CRM.
- Support design review by generating layouts and proposals with guidance from internal teams.
- Communicate regularly with customers via email and occasional phone calls.
- Provide optimization feedback, assist with process improvements, and coordinate with engineering, sales, logistics, and operations.
- Participate in customer and internal project calls as needed.
- Strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and comfort reading project documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple requests daily.
- Customer-service mindset; responsive and proactive.
- Salesforce and Excel experience preferred.
- Solar or construction-related experience is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
