A well-established and highly respected plaintiff-side law firm in Miami is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing litigation team. Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Handle pre‑suit and litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and mediations
Draft and respond to motions and legal correspondence
Conduct client meetings and maintain regular client communication
Work collaboratively with support staff and senior attorneys to drive results
Qualifications
Active Florida Bar license in good standing
2+ years of experience in personal injury (pre‑suit and / or litigation)
Strong litigation and negotiation skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Client‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills
