Overview

A well-established plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Miami is seeking a

junior to mid-level associate attorney (1–3 years of experience)

to join its growing litigation team. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants hands-on responsibility, meaningful client interaction, and real courtroom exposure early in their career. The Role

The associate will work closely with experienced trial attorneys on a wide range of personal injury matters, gaining experience across all phases of litigation. This includes direct involvement with clients, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Responsibilities

Manage and support personal injury cases from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and experts Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy Qualifications

1–3 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred Active

Florida Bar license

in good standing Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn trial skills What the Firm Offers
