What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of Enterprise Sales Executives focused on new and expansion bookings

Achieve annual Enterprise bookings quota with monthly and quarterly targets

Develop and manage sales productivity metrics, including deal size and win rate

Coach Sales Executives in building executive relationships and navigating complex sales processes

Shape the go-to-market strategy and execution for your region, collaborating with various departments

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of Enterprise sales experience in a B2B technology company

Proven experience managing a high-performing sales team

Strong relationship-building skills with Fortune 1000 companies

Ability to manage complex sales negotiations with multiple stakeholders

Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time to client sites

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Successful track record as an individual contributor with relevant closing experience

Experience in setting quotas and managing performance against those quotas

Knowledge of selling to C-level executives in the IT space

Passion for technology and desire to grow skills in a dynamic environment
