In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality care to patients, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal treatment plans and outcomes. Your expertise in rheumatology will be crucial in diagnosing and managing conditions affecting the joints, muscles, and bones.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
Diagnose and treat rheumatologic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Educate patients and their families about conditions and treatment options
Maintain accurate and detailed patient recordsStay current with advancements in rheumatology
Participate in case reviews and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Current medical licensure to practice in the state
Experience in rheumatology preferred
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Daily Census: 10-14 patients
Setting: Clinic
Board certification required
Paid travel & lodging
