Overview Senior Director role leading Workforce Planning, Workforce Strategy, and Talent Marketplace initiatives within S&P Global.
Responsibilities
Lead the Workforce Planning, Skills COE, Workforce Intelligence, and Talent Marketplace product ownership.
Develop and execute workforce strategies aligned to business objectives.
Serve as trusted advisor on organizational planning initiatives to senior leadership.
Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and People Partners.
Design and implement consistent frameworks and best practices for organizational effectiveness.
Translate business strategy into funded, sequenced workforce agendas with clear value targets.
Maximize talent liquidity through talent marketplace and skills intelligence products.
Conduct research on future of work and integrate progressive people practices.
Deliver executive-level transformation storytelling with data-driven insights.
Provide internal consulting services to People Partners, Finance Partners, and business stakeholders.
Partner with People Data and People Analytics to inform workforce strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, skills taxonomies, or business consulting.
Proven leadership experience in a complex, global organization.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
Expertise in developing and implementing workforce planning and strategy.
Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $136,935 – $257,059. Eligible for annual incentive plan and S&P Global benefits.
