Senior Manager, Category Insights & Analytics
Join Kenvue as a Senior Manager of Category Insights and Analytics to support our strategic grocery accounts (Albertsons, Publix, HEB, Meijer, broker). Drive growth of consumer health products through deep insights and strategic analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead category insights and analytics strategies to support Kenvue’s product portfolio at Grocery customers.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats within the category.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to drive category growth and optimize product placement.
Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders at Kenvue and our customers.
Monitor and report on category performance, providing regular updates and insights to the broader team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers category management team, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in category management, insights, and analytics, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry.
3+ years of strong leadership required.
Proven experience working with large retailers, with a strong preference for experience with other grocery accounts.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and software such as Nielsen, IRI, Tableau, or similar platforms required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work cross‑functionally and build relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred.
Benefits & Compensation Annual base salary:
$153,.00 - $217,200.00
