Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) TAG delivers financial and accounting due diligence to private equity, hedge fund, sovereign wealth, family office, and corporate clients worldwide. Services include buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence, capital markets advisory, global transaction analytics, and environmental, technical & sustainability advisory.

How You Will Contribute As a Director, you will lead cross‑functional teams on due diligence engagements across a range of industries, apply rigorous financial and operational analysis, and help clients drive value throughout the investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Counsel and mentor Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers.

Lead client and lender conversations, managing engagement scope and progress.

Oversee all deal aspects with limited guidance from Managing Directors.

Manage multiple chargeable and non‑chargeable projects of varying size and complexity.

Identify transaction risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Generate comprehensive due diligence reports.

Lead Quality of Earnings, P&L, and Working Capital analyses.

Communicate with clients on billing, status updates, scope changes, and request lists.

Promote A&M capabilities to clients and stakeholders.

Recruit, train, and develop team members across all levels.

Develop and deliver training courses and engagement risk reviews.

Support sales and business development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with risk management guidelines and engagement review procedures.

Coordinate conflict checks and engagement requirements with Managing Directors.

Assist in closing new client business and expanding existing relationships.

Qualifications

8–10 years of financial accounting due diligence experience at a top accounting firm.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or in the process of obtaining one.

Proficiency in US GAAP, SEC reporting, and purchase accounting.

High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project‑management skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
