Overview We’re hiring an experienced Software Architect who is an expert in AI Native software development. The role requires leveraging AI techniques to create traditional software and build AI agents as part of a product, including designing and implementing AI native applications, integrating these capabilities with code, and applying agile AI‑enabled DevOps practices. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI Native designs in collaboration with the product team.
Support tool‑chain selection and technical assessments.
Develop best practices for AI Native development design patterns.
Guide the evolution of existing applications to adopt AI functions and technology.
Assess new projects to ensure best practices for AI architecture design and implementation.
Collaborate with other architectural experts in AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure for balanced outcomes.
Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.

Ability to lead software architectural product functions and mentor junior engineers.
Comfortable working across cross‑functional teams and managing competing priorities.

Qualifications
5‑10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture for products.
Early‑stage start‑up experience in technical product development or equivalent innovation development in larger corporations.
Experience with AI native software development tools/code assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub Copilot).
Strong proficiency with Linux and AI native container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for multi‑tenant cloud/bare‑metal portability.
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java, etc.).
Understanding of modern APIs (REST, gRPC, A2A, MCP, etc.) as they apply to agentic systems.
Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT, etc.).
Experience with modern IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, code hosting, and collaboration platforms (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, etc.).
Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and Microsoft Azure AI stacks.
Familiarity with modern AI native tools (Figma.AI, 8090.AI, Base44, etc.).
Ideally
Experience with large‑scale cross‑functional software development projects.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
What We Offer You We provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including competitive base salary, medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off. Additional benefits include hybrid work arrangements and flexible vacation policy.
The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $125,500 to $230,200 (adjusted by location).
Hybrid work model: most external, client‑serving roles work together in person 40‑60% of the time.
