We are hiring an experienced Software Architect in AI‑native software development. The successful candidate has built AI agents as components of products, designed and implemented AI‑native applications, and integrated these with existing code. Proficiency in agile AI‑enabled DevOps and a passion for scalable AI solutions are essential. Key Responsibilities
Develop AI‑native designs in conjunction with the product team. Support tool‑chain selection and technical assessments. Develop best practices for AI‑native design patterns. Guide evolution of existing applications to adopt AI functions and technologies. Assess new projects to ensure they follow best practices in AI architecture design and implementation. Collaborate with architectural experts in AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure to deliver balanced solutions. Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology. Skills and Attributes for Success
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Leadership in software architectural functions and mentorship of junior engineers. Ability to work across cross‑functional teams and manage competing priorities. Build and manage partnerships through trust and mutual value. Leverage emotional agility and hybrid collaboration to navigate stakeholder needs and drive engagement. Use critical thinking and creative reasoning to tackle complex problems. Align cross‑functional teams around shared goals and motivate others to deliver high‑impact results. Qualifications
5–10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture for products. Preferred early‑stage start‑up experience or equivalent innovation experience at large corporations. Experience with AI‑native software development tools / code‑assist (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodoo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub Copilot). Strong proficiency with Linux and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for multitenant cloud/bare‑metal applications. Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and programming languages (Go, Rust, Java, etc.). Understanding of modern APIs (REST, gRPC, A2A, MCP) for agentic systems. Deep knowledge of model fine‑tuning and customization (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT). Experience with modern IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, code hosting, and collaboration (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps). Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks. Experience with AI‑native tools (Figma.AI, 8090.AI, base44, etc.). Ideally You Also Have
Large‑scale cross‑functional software development project experience. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. What We Offer
