About the Opportunity We’re hiring an experienced Software Architect that is an expert in the emerging area of AI Native software development. The successful candidate has designed and implemented AI native applications using AI agents and integrated these capabilities with code for a product, with an understanding of Agile AI‑enabled DevOps. The candidate should thrive in fast‑paced environments and be passionate about enabling scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop AI Native designs in conjunction with product team.

Support tool chain selection and technical assessments.

Develop best practices for AI Native development design patterns.

Provide guidance on how to evolve existing applications to best adopt useful AI functions and technology.

Assess new proposed projects to ensure they are leveraging best practices for AI architecture design and implementation.

Collaborate with other architectural experts in AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure to ensure balanced and practical outcomes.

Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.

Required Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture for products.

Prefer early‑stage start‑up experience in technical product development or equivalent innovation development in larger corporations.

Experience using AI native software development tools / code assist (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub Co‑pilot).

Strong proficiency with Linux and AI native container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, realizing multitenant applications with cloud / bare metal DC portability.

Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java, etc.).

Understanding of modern API design as it applies to agentic systems.

Deep understanding of model fine‑tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT, etc.).

Experience with modern software IDE, CI/CD pipeline, modern code hosting and collaboration (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Modern AI Native tools (Figma.AI, 8090.AI, base44, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large‑scale cross‑functional software development projects.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

What We Offer

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary ranges: $125,500 to $230,200 for all US locations; $150,700 to $261,600 for NYC Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento). Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), paid time off and hybrid work model.
