If leading families toward an entirely new approach to education resonates as your mission, this position places you at the center of that transformation. Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI‑driven applications. The remainder of their day is devoted to real‑world competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem‑solving, and meaningful project work. No traditional lectures. No redundant assignments. Only accelerated progress and outcomes in the top 1% nationally.
This approach requires a fundamentally different relationship with parents—and that is your domain. You will represent your campus, spearheading enrollment growth, trust‑building, and parent advocacy. You'll deliver impactful information sessions, cultivate meaningful community connections, and translate interest into committed enrollments. Your role extends beyond initial recruitment. You will serve as the primary liaison for families throughout their time at Alpha—managing concerns, strengthening commitment, and transforming parents into vocal advocates for the model.
