Litigation Associate – Seattle, WA
We are a respected litigation firm with offices in the Pacific Northwest, known for our deep expertise in civil trial work and commitment to client advocacy. Base Pay Range $150,000 - $200,000 per year
Schedule Hybrid with two days in office per week after onboarding (manageable billable expectations).
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.
Represent clients in matters involving premises liability, sexual abuse claims, product liability, and other tort-related disputes.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.
Collaborate with internal teams and external experts.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of litigation experience.
Active license to practice law in Washington State.
Proven track record in handling sensitive and high‑stakes cases.
Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
