This role is for an International Law Firm seeking a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney for its Dispute Resolution team in San Francisco. The position offers a hybrid schedule.
Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $285,000.00/yr
Job Details An international law firm is seeking a skilled Senior Litigation Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team in San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high‑value disputes involving commercial, insurance, maritime, and transportation matters.
What You’ll Do
Manage all phases of litigation and arbitration, from pre‑trial to resolution
Handle federal and state insurance claims, including coverage and indemnity issues
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda
Take and defend depositions; represent clients in court
Contribute to business development through writing, networking, and events
What We’re Looking For
J.D. and active California Bar membership
7–10 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
Experience with insurance defense, broker liability, and FAAAA preemption
Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
Familiarity with managing complex, multi‑jurisdictional disputes
