What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage sales expenses and grow the Crop Nutrients business with key customers
Responsible for sales generation through wholesale programs, market intelligence, and pricing strategies
Develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
Serve as a center of influence with channel partners in regional areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a Business-related field
Minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience with direct customer contact
Valid driver's license in accordance with company policy
Proven computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong conflict resolution abilities and experience managing key accounts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in marketing that identifies growth opportunities for the company
Ability to create and deliver engaging product presentations
Proven track record of independently handling complex customer situations
Experience negotiating large-volume product contracts
Leadership skills to mentor less experienced sales representatives
