Research laws and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda Render opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department Prepare and handle pleadings, motions, and discovery, including depositions and examinations under oath Defend assigned matters by trial or dispositive hearing Document files in a clear, concise, and professional manner What is Required (Qualifications)
2 to 6+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense and/or personal injury Juris Doctor degree Admission to the Georgia bar and must be licensed in good standing to practice law in Georgia Must be able to travel as required for trials, hearings, depositions, and conferences Strong organizational skills and ability to follow complex instructions How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
