Roles & Responsibilities
Drive sales enablement strategy within the customer‑facing organization.
Partner closely with sales leadership to identify capability gaps and deliver enablement programmes that measurably improve seller readiness, productivity, and revenue impact.
Collaborate with internal SME’s to deliver scalable onboarding, training, and certification programmes, using data and field feedback to continuously optimise effectiveness.
Align enablement programmes with revenue goals, go‑to‑market strategy, and business priorities.
Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and improve seller readiness and performance.
Develop individual development plans for employees and create capability strategies that align with organisational needs; define the roadmap and portfolio of learning.
Define and track enablement KPIs such as time‑to‑productivity, certification completion, adoption, win rates, and performance lift.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
6+ years of experience in sales enablement or adult learning supporting customer‑facing teams, ideally in SaaS.
Ability to build sales enablement programmes from the ground up and measure impact.
Strong understanding of modern sales motions, enablement best practices and seller workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation Base salary (or annualised amount) between $140,000–$173,000 plus target bonus.
