Compensation: • The pay for this position is
$21.00 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • The required availability for this position is
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite Daily – Locals Only)
Responsibilities: • Clean 3D printed models according to defined standard operating procedures • Hand-finish 3D printed parts using sanding, filing, polishing, dyeing, and painting techniques while maintaining feature geometry and tolerances • Use precision measurement tools such as digital calipers and GOM systems to verify dimensional accuracy • Operate 3D printing equipment as needed, including routine and rotational maintenance • View and interpret model files using CAD software such as Magics by Materialise • Maintain adequate finishing supplies and materials in the laboratory • Evaluate new finishing supplies, tools, techniques, and equipment to improve quality and efficiency • Follow standard operating procedures, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and all BD safety and quality standards • Maintain laboratory notebooks and documentation per standard procedures • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times • Support R&D efforts related to 3D printing and prototyping applications as directed • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: • Experience with model finishing, machining, or hands-on manufacturing preferred • Experience with 3D printing technologies such as SLA, DLP, PolyJet, or FFF is a strong plus • Ability to work with chemicals such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA) while following safety protocols • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain fine features and tolerances • Enjoyment of hands-on, detailed work in a lab environment • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting • Willingness to learn and explore new post-processing and additive manufacturing techniques
